Unwanted Items: You may return unused items (keep original packaging unopened) for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs. Restocking fees may apply.

Defective Items: If the product is defective or physically damaged within 30 days of receipt, you can return it to its original packaging for a free replacement. Please contact our customer service team to provide photos and videos of the defect.

Wrong Items: If you received the wrong item, please let us know right away by sending us a photo or short video of the product. We'll happily send you the correct item and cover the return shipping for the incorrect one. Or, if you prefer, keep the item you received with a 10% discount, and we'll still send you the correct one.

Return Process

Contact Us: Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a return authorization and the designated return address before shipping any item back to us. Returns received without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or defective.

Package Content Photo: To ensure a smooth return process, please provide a photograph of the package contents before shipping. This helps us confirm the original packaging and product condition. This applies to all returns, regardless of the reason.

Return Tracking Number: We highly recommend obtaining and retaining your return tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

Replacements

Replacements are treated as new orders and generally arrive within 10-13 business days. We will ship your replacement upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Refunds

Processing Time: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item (typically within 72 hours), your refund will be processed within 2 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

Credit Card Processing Time: Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
