Order Processing and Shipping

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your full payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we will update the tracking number and send it to you if you are a registered “Snapuclick Member”. We highly recommend registering as a “Snapuclick Member” to take advantage of this and other member benefits.

 

In the event the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will reach out to you. At that time, you can choose to wait until the item is back in stock or cancel your order.

 

Changing Shipping Address or Canceling Order

 

If you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@snapuclick.com immediately. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, so it may not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address and/or cancel the order.
